Eating To Lose Weight

Yes!! You read it correct. Eat and lose weight!!

Seriously. It’s true.

It’s just not for the reason that you may have originally thought.

It’s just eat right and lose weight!! Yes!! Eat right.

According to me instead of fasting, fill yourself up with food that matters. The good food!

This probably sounds too good to be true, right? Changing what and how you eat will improve your overall health, help you lose weight, and make you feel better every day. Throw in some exercise to really maximize the benefits!

Eat and lose weight concept comes from the thought that you will never reach your dream body by starving or skipping meal. You have to Eat and you have to eat healthy.

Eating the Right Food

Getting lots of colours on your plate. Make sure your meals have lots of colours; the best way to do this is by adding lots of fresh produce.

Skip the juices, eat the fruit. Yes, Eat!! Instead of drinking juices or smoothies, which tend to be high in calories, instead opt to eat a whole piece of fruit, like an apple.

Eating a whole piece of fruit fills you up more than juice because raw fruit has more fibre. In addition, the process of chewing actually tells your brain that you are ‘eating’ which by default results in the brain telling your body that it is feeling full or that it has eaten! It’s a small brain-cheat which works wonders for weight loss!

Eat food that contains lots of water, like fruits and vegetables. Studies have shown that people who eat foods with high water content have lower body mass indexes. The water in these food items helps you to feel full for longer so you eat less overall.

Include food which burn fat for you. By choosing your food carefully, you can drop the pounds without going hungry. There are many food items out there that are proven to help you to lose weight, food items such as whole grains and chilli help you keep your weigh in check by controlling the insulin while green tea and black coffee (want to lose weight? Choose coffee!) boost your metabolism.

Eat superfood. Superfood is a term sometimes used to describe food with high nutrient contents that some believe confers health benefits as a result.

Avoid unhealthy food with empty calories. "Empty calorie" foods are unfortunately all those ‘feel good’ foods which make you feel full, add to your weight but bring nothing to your body in terms of nutrition. These usually consists of high-on-sugar candies and junk food.
